Photos: Baby born with sealed anus

The baby pictured above was born on April 30 to Nennang Wushikka, Pankshin LGA, in Plateau state. The mother noticed that the baby’s tummy keeps swelling and she rushed him to the town hospital in the same place where they were further referred to Plateau state Specialist Hospital. And discovered there that the baby’s anus was sealed which means the baby cannot defecate. The president of Plateau state hospital Dr. Philemon Golwa said a surgery needs to be conducted on the child immediately. However, the child's parents are crying out to the public to come to their aid due to they cannot afford the bill for the surgery.
