An Ukraina, Inna Vladimirskaya, engages in an unusual ritual which she claims helps her to stay healthy and young. The 32 year old lady swims in one of the coldest rivers in Europe and workout each weekend in freezing temperatures of -9C. Mrs. Vladimirskaya, strips off at the Dnieper river, in Kiev, Ukraine every Sunday morning, and takes a swim after jogging naked along the snowy banks of the river. Inna naked photos were captured on camera by Czech photographer, David Tesinsky, who  reportedly heard of her unusual weekend ritual that has been on for nine years from the environ. As she is accompanied by her husband while carrying out the ritual. Speaking to DailyMail, she said: "Every week I take a run in the snow and then plunge into the water. HND/BSC discrimination banned in Federal Civil Service

The Federal Government has taken off the discrimination between the Higher National Diploma (HND) and Bachelor of Science (BSC) in the Civil Service of the Federation. The Permanent Secretary, Service, Policies and Strategies Office (SPSO), office of the head of the Federal Civil Service, Mr. Ndubuisi Osuji made this known yesterday during the 40th National Council on Establishment in Owerri, Imo State. Mr. Osuji said the decisions arrived at the previous National Council on Establishment in Abuja. The decisions were fully implemented through various circulars conveyed to the relevant stakeholders. And some of the listed decisions in the occasion include uniform Scheme of service for all category of Nurses: internship for graduate Nurses who do not possess the professional Registered Nurse/Midwife qualification.
