Buhari celebrates Easter with Christians and pray for the return of remaining Dapchi, Chibok girls

President, Muhammadu Buhari has urged Nigerians to pray for the safe return of Leah Sharibu, the only Dapchi School girl still in captivity. President Buhari in his Easter message to Nigerian Christians on Thursday, March 29, also asked the people to pray for the safe return of the remaining one hundred and twelve (112) Chibok girls still in captivity. “Thankfully, our Dapchi schoolgirls who were safely released recently after 30 agonizing days in the hands of their abductors have been reunited with their families”, the President said. He also added that, he is optimistic that all others, including the Chibok girls who are still in captivity, will be safely released unconditionally to their families. He urged Nigerians to continue to pray for their safe return. The President, who said he was happy to join Christians to mark this year’s Easter celebration, stressed that the period is also a time to show love, forgiveness, compassion and renewed hope in the Grace of God. President Buhari commissions new Ikeja bus terminal

The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has commissioned the newly built world-class Ikeja Bus Terminal in Lagos, commercial city. The world-class Ikeja Bus Terminal which was built by Governor Akinwunmi Ambode-led administration was commissioned by the President on Thursday, March 29. The iconic terminal is designed to change the face of public transportation and it will convey more than 70,000 passengers daily to over 22 destinations across the State. The facility, which occupies 10,000 square metres land space is equipped with Intelligent Transport System (ITS), Fully Air-conditioned Terminal, Food Court, Shops, Toilets, ATM Gallery, Free Wi-Fi, Electronically Controlled shades, and so on.
