Supreme Court dismissed Saraki’s Appeal | CCT Trial to Proceed


This morning, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal brought before it by the Senate President Bukola Saraki challenging his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

This was the unanimous decision of the 7-person panel.

The former governor of Kwara State's trial at the CCT proceeds as he is presently facing 13-count charge of corruption and false declaration of assets at the CCT during his tenor as governor.
