Federation International Football Association (FIFA) President Sepp Blatter has been suspended from all football for eight years along with the  Union of European Football Association (UEFA) President Michel Platini, its ethics commitee has announced. Neither Blatter nor Platini attended the hearing in Zurich where they would learn their fate after an investigation into a payment of 2m Swiss Francs [£1.3m] from Blatter to Platini in 2011, which was said to have been for work carried out between 1998 and 2002, although their lawyers did attend the hearing. However, the adjudicatory chamber of the Ethics Committee announced today morning that Blatter and Platini had been banned from all football-related activities for eight years with immediate effect. The Nigeria Super Eagle coach, Samson Siasia has reacted to reports that Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel may be a surprise inclusion in Nigeria’s Dream Team VI squad Rio Olympics 2016. Siasia denied the reports of the local media stories that Mikel could be one of the three over-aged players to represent the country in the competition. Speaking to Supersport.com, Timi Ebikagboro, Nigeria’s Under-23 team spokesman said: “Coach Siasia has not mentioned the name of any player who will be included in the Olympic team so I want to advise the Nigerian media to be patient. “When the list of players to be invited is released, it will be made available to the media. This issue of trying to be smart or trying to get exclusive stories will not help the team. “They will only heat up the polity because if eventually,  Siasia does not invite Mikel, there will be talk of the coach having a grudge against the Chelsea player. The coach has neither invited anyone, nor discussed who h
