If you see anyone with a black dot on the palm, call the police immediately, it means the person is in trouble. The “Black Dot Campaign” started on Facebook and it helps to recognize the victims of domestic abuse. “The black dot on the hand lets professionals know you’re a really vulnerable domestic violence survivor, and that you need help but can’t ask, because your abuser is watching all you moves,” stated the organizers behind this campaign. In less than 24 hours, the campaign has reached over 6,000 people worldwide, and has already helped 6 persons. President Buhari second foreign trip of the year

President Muhammadu Buhari departed Nigeria for the United Arab Emirates earlier today, January 17. He is set for a three-day official visit to Abu Dhabi. President Buhari who is accompanied by his personal physician is a special guest of honour at the 2016 World Future Energy Summit, that will take place January 18-21, hosted by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan of Abu Dhabi. Ban Ki Moon, the secretary general of the United Nations. Also many more global leaders will be in attendance at the event. The Nigerian delegation includes Lt. Col. Muhammed Lawal Abubakar, the presidential aide-de-camp, Alhaji Sariki Abba, Ambassador Lawal Kazaure, Bashir Abubakar, among others.
