The both eviction came a week after disqualified Khloe and evicted Anto were voted back into the Big Brother house. Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Kayode Fayemi said today that he will contest the July 14 gubernatorial election. The former governor of Ekiti who was defeated by the present governor Ayo Fayose of People's Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2013 governorship election in the state is set to contest for the position again with the All Progressives Congress (APC). According to reports, the minister made his ambition known at a news conference at his Isan-Ekiti home town in Oye Local Government Area of the state. Fayemi had hosted leaders and scores of members of the party from all the 16 Local Government Areas and the 177 Wards of the state. He said he was driven by his past records of positive achievements, especially for workers, retirees and pensioners while in office in the state.  He explained that his decision to seek re-election was to deliver the state from incompetent and dubious hands and put place in order.
