Fraudsters hack into Governor Ugwuanyi's cellphone

The Enugu State Government, raised the alarm over the activities of fraudsters, who had hacked into the cell phone of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi. In a statement made by the Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Uwakwe Abugu. Read what Uwakwe said, “ This afternoon (March 2, 2016), the Airtel cell phone number of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Governor of Enugu State, was hacked into by unknown persons for suspected fraudulent activities. “This announcement is to, hereby, draw the attention of members of the public, especially those who have been reached or contacted by the suspected fraudsters and to urge them to totally disregard any communication extended to them through that cell phone number purporting to have emanated from His Excellency, the governor. “Relevant security agencies have been appropriately contacted to investigate the unfortunate incident and, accordingly, track down the perpetrators of the scam.” Source: Daily Post

Super Eagles will beat Egypt if they apply the philosophy I left–Oliseh

Former Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has backed the team to win Egypt in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches this March. He quits from his position last month, citing unpaid salaries, lack of cooperation, and other factors was why he decided to resign. Samson Siasia has been appointed as interim coach and will be assisted by Emmanuel Amuneke and Salisu Yusuf. Oliseh however says the new coach and the assistance, can overcome the Pharoahs, if they apply the philosophy he has imparted on the team. He wrote on his personal blog: “As a Nigerian I can assure you should not fear the Egyptians. Egypt is a good team but definitely better than the previous Egypt years ago and our new assembled team is definitely better. “If we play with the philosophy and players I have put on the ground, we will definitely beat Egypt home and away with a larger margin in Egypt! Remember we don’t concede easily anymore.” He added in his blog.

The record producer and dancer shared the video clips of her distinctive dance steps to Duro by Techno. The Nigerian choreographer, Kaffy, with other dancers featured in the video. Watch!

US Supreme Court hearing on cases of abortion yesterday, March 1st. One of the most high-profile cases in decades on the issue, here is a list of its most significant rulings since its 1973 landmark decision that legalized the procedure nationwide. – Roe v. Wade, 1973 – In a 7-2 vote, the court ruled that a woman’s right to privacy under the US Constitution protects her decision to end a pregnancy, and that regulations to limit abortion must be justified by a “compelling state interest.” The decision also outlined the legitimate interests of states to protect a pregnant woman’s health and the viability of a fetus at various stages of pregnancy. In the first trimester, the decision would be left to a woman and her doctor. The state could regulate abortions in the interest of the mother’s health in the second trimester.
