Super Eagles will beat Egypt if they apply the philosophy I left–Oliseh

Former Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has backed the team to win Egypt in their Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches this March.

He quits from his position last month, citing unpaid salaries, lack of cooperation, and other factors was why he decided to resign.

Samson Siasia has been appointed as interim coach and will be assisted by Emmanuel Amuneke and Salisu Yusuf.

Oliseh however says the new coach and the assistance, can overcome the Pharoahs, if they apply the philosophy he has imparted on the team.

He wrote on his personal blog: “As a Nigerian I can assure you should not fear the Egyptians. Egypt is a good team but definitely better than the previous Egypt years ago and our new assembled team is definitely better.

“If we play with the philosophy and players I have put on the ground, we will definitely beat Egypt home and away with a larger margin in Egypt! Remember we don’t concede easily anymore.” He added in his blog.
