And discovered there that the baby’s anus was sealed which means the baby cannot defecate. The president of Plateau state hospital Dr. Philemon Golwa said a surgery needs to be conducted on the child immediately. However, the child's parents are crying out to the public to come to their aid due to they cannot afford the bill for the surgery.
