PRESIDENT'S WIFE PLAN TO CARE FOR IDPS
The wife of the Nigerian President Aisha Muhammadu Buhari has shown her plans for Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) in Borno State.
Mrs Buhari has established a committee in Maiduguri that will help IDPs in the Northeast. She visited the persons at Dailori camp briefly after unveiling her plans for formation of committee of about 10 people that will oversee the distribution of relief materials to Boko Haram victims in Borno State.
Aisha Buhari inaugurated the committee which will oversee the sharing of relief items to alleviate the suffering of people affected by the threat of the terrorism.

‘‘I am here today to sympathize with the people of Borno State over the loss of lives and properties by the activities of insurgents. I decided to inaugurate a 10 person committee which will distribute relief materials items to alleviate the suffering of our sisters and brothers who are affected by the insurgents before the federal government start reconstruction,” she said.
Buhari’s wife advised Christians and Muslims to continue to pray for Nigeria and stated that the Federal government is winning the war against the Boko Haram sect.
Lai Mohammed, the minister of information, has said on December 23, that the Nigerian army has defeated the Boko Haram.
He spoke on the deadline that President Buhari gave the military to crush the insurgents.
