Nollywood actress, Monalisa Chinda wants to remarry


Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda will re-marry this year.

The exciting news was revealed by SDK who stated that the 41-year-old actress will traditionally wed this February and the white wedding in May.

Monalisa chose a romantic and luxurious location for her white wedding as he and her lover, Victor Coker, will wed in Greece.

The mother of one was previously married to Dejo Richards but they separated in 2009 after reports of domestic abuse was known.

Monalisa has since gone on to be a strong-voice speaking for women in abusive relationships.

Babangida summons for two-party system in Democracy message

Former Military President of Nigeria, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, has said that setting up a two-party political system in Nigeria is crucial to building the nation’s democracy. Babangida, who made this comment in a message to Nigerians ahead of the May 29 Democracy Day celebration, stressed that he is worried about the country’s political structure and the absence of a clear-cut ideology by political parties. The former Military President alleged that democracy in Nigeria has been polarized in the last 18 years and therefore, he wants the nation to consider adopting a two-party structure as a way to solving many of its challenges.
