Davido's girlfriend gets N45m Porsche as birthday gift

Davido, held a birthday party for his girlfriend, Chioma Avril, 23, and a celebrity cook with a N45m Porsche car surprise birthday gift.
The Nigerian Superstar had earlier dropped a song titled ‘Assurance’ ahead of his Chioma’s big party on Monday night.
The car came with a plate number that reads ‘Assurance’ .
The singer disclosed to guests that he has known Chef Chioma’ over the last five years and plan spending the rest of his life with her.
Davido who has two daughters from different women, said that he loves his daughters and welcomes everybody around him openly.

Celine Dion releases new album as she mourns husband

Superstar, Celine Dion is set with a new album, the first since her husband’s death, which will feature collaborations with French stars and uplifting lyricism, her label announced today. The album, titled "Encore Un Soir" will be out on August 26, 2016. On May this year, Celine Dion released the title track — which means “One More Night” in English. The 48 years old Canadian had dedicated the ballad to her late husband Rene Angelil. The song “Encore Un Soir” was written by a leading French pop star, Jean-Jacques Goldman. Label Sony Music said that the album will also feature Dion’s first song written by two other prominent French rockers, Francis Cabrel and Serge Lama. Dion will also cut into her Quebecois heritage with a cover of “Ordinaire” by Robert Charlebois, a major artist of the French-speaking province.
