Upsurge in COZA with Bishop TD Jakes as he arrives Nigeria

Bishop TD Jakes arrives Nigeria for a two days event theme: "upsurge" which will take place on Saturday 19 to Sunday 20, May 2018 at Commonwealth Zion Assembly (COZA), Abuja.

The programme which will be held at COZA auditorium, Guzape Hills, Asokoro Extention, FCT Abuja will host the Bishop along side the senior pastor, Reverend Biodun Fatoyinbo, and is expected to change lifes for good.

The Federal Capital Territory has recorded it's first death of the deadly viral disease, Lassa Fever. Minister of Health, Prof Isaac Oyewole mentioned this during a visit to the National Hospital, Abuja where the patient died. The medical director of the hospital, Jack Momoh, confirmed the death, said the patient, a 33 year old newly married man, was brought in unconscious from a private hospital in Kubwa, a suburb of Abuja, where he had been admitted for eight days. Babangida summons for two-party system in Democracy message

Former Military President of Nigeria, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, has said that setting up a two-party political system in Nigeria is crucial to building the nation’s democracy. Babangida, who made this comment in a message to Nigerians ahead of the May 29 Democracy Day celebration, stressed that he is worried about the country’s political structure and the absence of a clear-cut ideology by political parties. The former Military President alleged that democracy in Nigeria has been polarized in the last 18 years and therefore, he wants the nation to consider adopting a two-party structure as a way to solving many of its challenges. Super Eagles  boss  Gernot Rohr  was left with a lot of questions about his attack following Nigeria's two friendly games against Poland and Serbia in March.   Rohr’s men scored just one goal in the very cagey game against Poland, a penalty from  Victor Moses  and were totally shut out in the 2-0 loss to Serbia just days later.
