Ex presidents Obasanjo, GEJ, others snub Buhari's second term inauguration

Ex-Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan were absent at the inauguration ceremony of President Muhammadu Buhari for second term which took place earlier today.

Obviously ex-military president Ibrahim Babangida, among others was also not present.

The only past head of government present at the Buhari-Osinbajo inauguration was ex-Military Head of State Gen. Yakubu Gowon (retd), who occupied the middle section of the seats reserved for people in that category.

About 1,131 pregnant women have been tested positive to the dreaded and incurable disease, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in Lagos State. The  Health Commissioner, Dr. Jide Idris disclosed  this , at a ministerial news conference in Alausa, Lagos, that 38,791 pregnant women were tested for HIV, out of which 1,131 of them tested positive in the last one year. The commissioner said the test was carried out from the money received from Global Fund to tackle HIV issues in the state in a bid to attach the spread. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle finally made their vows

The royal couple  Prince Harry and former Hollywood actress, Meghan Markle, are officially husband and wife. The prince, who is sixth in line to the British throne, married Markle, the American actress known for her role on the USA Network legal drama Suits, on Saturday in a ceremony held at Windsor Castle’s St. George’s Chapel in the English county of Berkshire, London. Prince Harry made the vow in front of a congregation that included his grandmother Queen Elizabeth II; the Duke of Edinburgh; Catherine Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Camilla Duchess of Cornwall.                 The new Edo State University, Iyamo, happens to be the most expensive public university in Nigeria now. The new Edo University  The school which is founded by the governor of the state, Adams Oshiomhole began its first academic session on April 11, 2016, had students who were offered admission after writing the school last Post UTME of the school, were shocked when the school fees were released.
