Unai Emery to be appointed Arsenal's new Manager

Former Valencia, Sevilla and Paris Saint Germain-PSG manager, Unai Emery is ready to be announced as Arsenal’s next manager this week.

Emery, who led Valencia to the Champions League many times, with an average squad, won the Europa League three times on a trot with Sevilla before organising a PSG side that blossomed this season, though, missed the primary objective, the UCL.

Reports had gone viral earlier that former club captain, Mikel Arteta was the man to fill in the big shoes left by Arsene Wenger but couldn’t reach a truce with the Arsenal hierarchy over approach to transfer policies and players to clear out.

Juventus manager, Massimo Allegri and Luis Enrique were also frontrunners at different periods before the former Barcelona man pulled out over same purpose as Arteta.

Unai Emery will be Arsenal’s first Spanish manager and the Gunner’s first in 22 years if finally appointed.
